Forum: GratefulDead Subject: Re: Is there anyone who likes ALL Periods 60's-90's Dead?

I enjoy ALL periods... It's hard for me to say one era is better than another because a great show from the 80's is just as effective at putting a grin on my face as one from the 60's or 70's.

Granted, the percentage of great shows was much higher in 1968 - 1977.

Just for the sake of mentioning, I listened to the double encore from Soldier's Field 95 and actually found the music to be surprisingly good. Something very heart-felt about the delivery of these tunes...

Here's Jerry on how music feels to him... the first clip and the radio interview from '83 are very revealing about Jerry's changing attitudes towards his music!
